Malaika Astorga is a Mexican-Canadian artist based in Montreal, Canada. She is currently attending Concordia University for Communication Studies. Malaika is an illustrator, animator, videographer, and the creative director of Pink Things Magazine.
Ashley Boling is an artist/graphic designer/maker of things based in St. Petersburg, Florida. She specializes in typography, printmaking, and other various forms of digital media. As a visual arts student, she is focused on discovering ways to strengthen the conceptual relationship between traditional and digital methods of communication design.
Layan Dajani is a 19-year-old filmmaking student and self-taught graphic designer living in Saudi Arabia. She has a passion for design and video editing, and loves to read and watch movies. She aspires to become a well-known graphic designer and film editor.
Alexa Flores is a 20-year-old interdisciplinary artist from Panamá City, Panamá. She first started creating through analog collages at the age of 16, and has since ventured into motion graphics, typography, and digital collages. Alexa’s art is deeply influenced by films and music, and she describes herself as an unfinished project—always in search of a concrete identity.
Eleanor Klock is an artist and journalism student at the University of Oregon. Specializing in digital illustration, Eleanor enjoys creating light-hearted, humorous comics about student life and alternative culture in the Pacific Northwest. When she’s not creating art, she can be found biking home in the rain, drinking earl grey tea, or calling her sister.
Vy Nguyen is an illustrator and graphic designer based in Virginia Beach. She’s loved drawing since she was a kid, but only started taking it seriously a year ago. Being born in Vietnam and having English as her second language, growing up she had trouble expressing herself to others but eventually found a voice in art. She uses art as a form of expression, opting for different artistic mediums including digital illustration, acrylic paint, and mixed media. She represents her art through the artist name v3raki, which is based off the word “meraki”—referring to the soul, creativity, or love you put into something.
Chloe TaaI is a young creative from Manila who has a passion for art and design. She specializes in designing digital layouts and typographies. As of now, she and her friends are working on a passion project called The Lakambini, which aims to provide a platform for voicing out the concerns and struggles of women.
Teresa Woodcock is a crafter who loves cats, chai tea, glitter, Harry Potter, and happy things. She currently resides with her brother and sister in Montreal, Canada, and you will most likely find her in the arts and crafts store. Her mission as an artist is to help the world feel a little less lost and a lot less sad.
